These rides are a great opportunity to do some training for the event, gain confidence on the bike if you’re new to mountain biking, learn the course and meet new people.

Here’s what you need to know:

Meeting time: 3pm
Meeting place: Heathcote East Public School
Duration: 1- 1.5 hours (this will allow a nice casual place and time for a couple of stops along the way if needed).
Please bring: your bike, helmet, spares (tube + pump or C02), water and a snack.

Please feel free to bring a friend along, even if they aren’t riding Short Circuit Cancer, as these rides are as much about getting out and getting active, as training for the event.

Please note any social ride changes (e.g. weather cancellations) will be made via our Short Circuit Cancer Facebook page, so jump on and like it if you don’t already.
